This classic Pyrenees Shiraz has an incredible depth displaying an intense red-purple colour. Fresh and fruity with a complex bouquet of ripe berry fruit, ranging from blackberries through to soft earthy notes of spice. On the palate the round mouthfeel is supported by fresh acidity and soft silky tannins. Aged in French oak for 24 months.

Food pairings include black pepper crusted tuna, beef and vegetable kebabs, mint and oregano marinated lamb chops, duck confit and a dark chocolate souffle.
