Silky tannins with a lengthy middle palate featuring a seamless succession of rich dark fruits. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.

A characteristic Malbec from St Ignatius Vineyard featuring a complex blend of plum, cherry, blackberry and an assortment of savoury notes. Pairs well with traditional empanadas, grilled meats (beef, pork and lamb) and roasted vegetables (mushroom, potato, eggplant and spinach).
