Batches of hand-picked fruit have been harvested early in the morning. The fruit was first de-stemmed and partially crushed to extract the best quality juice.  The clarified juice was fermented over 21 days at a constant low temperature. Awarded 93 points Wine Showcase Magazine

Vinification 21 days @ 14⁰C  Full Malolactic fermentation
Aging Fine Grain French oak
Colour Bright and clear straw colour with a slight gold tinge
Nose Revealing notes of almond, fresh hazelnut, lemon and toasted bread
Palate Round and rich mouthfeel with ample volume on a silky palate. Aging for four months in fine grain French oak adds a subtle backdrop of vanilla and extends the fruit to a complex finish
