Chardonnay 2018


Small batches of hand-picked fruit have been harvested early in the morning.  The fruit was first de-stemmed and partially crushed, followed by gentle pressing to extract the best quality juice.  The clarified juice was then fermented over 14 days at a constant low temperature.

Nose Fragant nose with intense aromas of peach, citrus notes and reminisscences of sweet confit.
Palate Plenty of volume and silkness.

Total Acidity 5.17 g/L
